Definitions
The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of Zenfy.
Zenfy: Primary designer & developer.
The Project: Web design, SEO work, software development or other computer-related services being provided to the Client by Zenfy
Project Completion: Completion of components outlined in project breakdown.
Live: Upload to the server or release of materials to the Client.
Additional work and charges
Any additional work required by the Client on a previously completed project, will be considered as a separate project and will therefore incur hourly charges of its own.
The client agrees that additional fees may be charged by Zenfy for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be purchase of special fonts, stock photography, plugins etc outside of the scope of the project
Project timescale
Unless otherwise agreed upon with Zenfy, the timescale for completion of work may vary and can take from 1 to 6 months after approval of design and plan, depending on the scale of the work. Time-frames for the project will be discussed with the client, before the project commences. Zenfy will do their best to complete the project as soon as reasonably possible with frequent updates being provided to the client.
For a high standard of quality to be produced, please allow sufficient time for the project to be completed.
Payment of services
Once you contact Zenfy we will provide you with a cost estimation for your project. You will pay to us all the charges on or before their due dates via Stripe invoice payments, payments for outstanding invoices must be completed no later than 14 days after an invoice is sent to you, failure to do so would result in legal representation to obtain payment/payments that we are due. If we agree to provide you with these services you will pay the additional charges they incur. We will charge All payments is in Pound Sterling and all prices are displayed ex-VAT unless indicated otherwise on your generated invoice
Zenfy charges a non refundable 50% starter deposit on all client projects with the remaining 50% requiring payment before the project goes live after completion, we reserve the right to decline any future work from existing clients if these payment terms are not adhered to.
Refund and cancellation policy
All work carried out by Zenfy is billed on a per hourly rate basis meaning that a refund would not be available to clients on any work carried out with the exception of a project or set of tasks that we can’t complete. Refund requests under the aforementioned policy will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if a refund is applicable, Zenfy will not refund any work already billed as completed.
Design credit
A hyperlink to Zenfy will appear in either small type or by a small graphic at the bottom of the Client’s website. If a graphic is used, it will be designed to fit in with the overall site design. If a client requests that the design credit be removed, a nominal fee of 10% of the total development charges will be applied and due payment would be required within 14 days of the invoice being supplied.
Copyright and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated before a Zenfy project begins, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the website as well as our web design services (including without limitation trademarks, logos, graphic design work, images) are owned or solely licensed by the Zenfy

Browser Issues
Any website or system we build will work with all modern up to date browsers across all platforms. Zenfy do not cover our work on older browsers or out of date browser versions. Zenfy will produce your new website or system using the latest most secure web standards and older out of date systems are not able to work securely at this level. Zenfy creates websites that will work on most mobile devices, but please remember that unless this was part of the initial brief of the project and priced accordingly to build you a custom mobile phone version of your website/system, then please bear this in mind when viewing your website on such devices – as some features might not work.
Product Agreement
Zenfy tries its utmost to provide products/services without any errors. We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses due to product malfunction, the website/design or any part of it. Zenfy does not accept liability for any damage caused by negligent use of our products or services. Zenfy does not accept liability for any damage or loss caused by negligent activity of its third party suppliers.
Zenfy offers the customer the chance to review the product during the design stages via step by step updates on the various sections of your project.
Zenfy will endeavour to complete a product/service by the date agreed in advance. However, Zenfy cannot be liable for any delays that occur that could not be reasonably foreseeabel at the time the work was originally undertaken / or for changes and amendments added by the client that result in the project taking longer than planned to complete.
Zenfy will not be held liable for any costs, loss of earnings, compensation if a deadline is not met, we can only ever consider a refund is Zenfy is unable to complete the project for any reason.
Zenfy will not be held responsible for any alterations made by individuals/groups outside of Zenfy should you choose to have alterations made to your project by external sources then we will not be liable for any issues that may occur.
Content and images needed to begin work will be agreed at least 7 days prior to the work commencement date or by an agreed date if expressively agreed by both parties via email or in writing. If discussions begin less than 7 days prior to the work commencement date then the content and images will be required 7 days from that point or by an agreed date if expressively agreed by both parties via email or in writing. You must have the rights to any text or images for content supplied to Zenfy for reproduction in any design or website work. Zenfy cannot be held accountable for reproducing copyright protected work that has been supplied to us by a client.
Domains and hosting
Zenfy can offer domain creation and hosting services to all of our clients, these services are billed at an additional cost and will be clearly detailed to the client as part of the estimation process, it must be noted that some of these services are billed on a regular basis and are usually required for the upkeep of your project, any form of domain/hosting services purchased away from Zenfy is the full responsibility of the client to maintain payments on.
